Join us in welcoming Kate Magic who is a chef, writer and pioneering voice in holistic wellbeing. Known for her influential work within the raw food movement, Kate will be hosting three exclusive talks, where she will explore topics including gut health and skin health, sharing her knowledge on how to eat consciously, beautifully and with lasting benefit. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions on nutritional science and energy through food, all while sampling delicious bites from Raw Living Foods. A truly enriching experience, not to be missed.
