Fatsia Japonica Spider’s Web is an extraordinarily handsome foliage plant, its large leaves are each differently variegated to produce an effect that suggests a gentle dusting of white. In addition, in the autumn it produces clusters of small, white flowers that are attractive to late pollinators, followed by small black berries. It also looks wonderful in early spring as a foil to a myriad of tulips.

While it looks like a semi-tropical plant, F. Spider’s Web will tolerate the British weather if protected from full sun, frost and drying winds. Ideally, plant it in a container and position in a sheltered spot where it will grow into a large statement plant.
