The scent of a warm apricot is one of life’s simple pleasures and this has been harnessed in a sweet, fragrant jam, perfect for spreading on hot toast or for glazing your Christmas cake.


As apricots do not contain much pectin, this jam contains lemon juice, which adds a tang to the sweet fruit. Ripe, juicy apricots are combined with sugar and cooked by hand into a fruity jam, which retains its distinctive flavour and creates a wonderful accompaniment to cream cheese, chocolate or ice cream.


Refrigerate after opening and use within one month.
