Japanese Moku Pruning Saw 240

Japanese Moku Pruning Saw 240

Always have a pruning saw close to hand; they are ideal for general use on garden shrubs and for light tree pruning in woodland and orchards. Medium sized teeth (10 teeth per 30mm) make this saw fantastic for pruning beyond the limits of secateurs (but go easy with dense woods like box, which can chip saw teeth).

The saw features an ergonomically designed beechwood handle, which can be treated with oil or can darken naturally with age and use. Like all Japanese saws, the lightweight, flexible blade cuts on the pull, which makes cutting easier, gives more control and leaves a cleaner finish.

Each saw is supplied with a snugly fitting beechwood scabbard, which protects the blade when not in use.

Please note this item is only available for purchase in store. As our Japanese tools are handmade and take time to be produced to such high standards, please telephone before your visit to enquire about availability.
