Lupinus West Country Desert Sun is a vigorous and compact lupin with upright spikes of creamy yellow, textured like a quilt. The mid-green leaves are palmate, as is the way of lupins.
Great for the middle of a garden border, where it can form clumps, or plant it up in pots on the patio. It looks particularly at home in the cottage garden, but the contemporary flower colour enables it to make a striking statement in a modern or formal garden, especially when paired with deep blues or rich purples.
