Thymus Doone Valley is a low-growing and pretty variegated variety of this herb garden staple. Great as a ground cover or to fill gaps in pathways, the bees will love its mauve flowers in summer.

An old favourite for stews, stuffings, and in mixed herbs and bouquet garni, thyme stimulates the appetite and helps the digestion of fatty foods. It is a helpful companion plant, as it is a great deterrent of cabbage root-fly or cabbage worm; grow thyme close to cabbages, cauliflower, broccoli and brussels sprouts.

Eco-friendly: This herb plant is grown in peat free compost in a biodegradable pot made from waste coir with natural latex.

Height x Spread: 5cm x 25cm
