White Welsh Onion plants, otherwise known as Allium Fistulosum, are originally Siberian, but grown widely in China. As an easy plant to grow, they are a delicious substitute to spring onions and great for mixing into salads and stir-fries.
As a clump-forming perennial plant, they grow well in any fertile well-drained soil, preferably in a sunny position with some shade.
