A vintage French rose with glorious blooms and a beautiful name,
Rosa Comte de Chambord is a shrub rose that has double flowers of a warm pink colour, perfumed with delicious Damask. It is an old rose, also known as
Rosa Mademoiselle Boll. It is a repeat flowerer, strong, healthy and reliable; with its compact, bushy habit, it is best used in the border.
Please note, in the autumn this rose is supplied as a potted plant, and will not produce any new roots until spring, so it is usual for the soil to fall away from the roots when you remove it from the pot. It is best to plant it immediately.
