Euphorbia martinii Baby Charm is a compact shrubby cushion spurge, forming a neat round clump of deep green evergreen leaves tinted bronze red. Open sprays of saucer-shaped apple green flower bracts appear, one on each of the readily branching stems, for weeks in spring. The flowers have yellow centres and red capsules.
Plant this soft, evergreen perennial in beds and borders as a contrast in foliage form and texture; especially striking alongside light leaved evergreen shrubs. Euphorbias are qually at home in a contemporary minimalist or gravel garden.
A recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence in the garden.
