Tiarella Raspberry Sundae, a pink foam flower, is a rhizomatous herbaceous perennial with short, upright racemes of fluffy stars of soft-pink flowers in spring, which open from tight cones of pink buds. The flowers are held above evergreen, deeply lobed palmate leaves of matt green, with rusty red veins to the mid-ribs.
This is a beautiful, clump-forming plant, especially when planted en masse, and will provide useful ground cover under deciduous shrubs, such as roses, and trees. Equally lovely in light shade in a border or wooded area, as an edging plant or in a mixed container.
