The flowers of Campanula glomerata Genti Blue are the most striking deep, amethyst blue. Tightly clustered together, the bell-shaped flowers open into a star formation of petal ends, against the luscious, deep green leaves. A variation on an old favourite in the cottage garden, these lovely herbaceous perennials attract bees and butterflies but, importantly, not deer!
Undemanding and easy to grow, C. glomerata Genti Blue provides a reliable and long-lasting show of vivid colour. Due to its size it is perfect for the front of a cottage garden or herbaceous border and will also thrive, to great visual effect, in well-watered containers. The cut flowers are also wonderful and long-lasting in arrangements.
