Rhubarb has a fascinating and long history, not diminished by the contemporary practice of picking forced rhubarb by candlelight to prevent it from photosynthesising, or the belief that you can actually hear it growing. The stalks of rhubarb (officially a vegetable) in this jam were grown outside, picked freshly (one hopes in the sun) and turned into the most delicious homemade jam which has been enhanced by the summery flavour of Elderflower.

Free from gluten, artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. May contain traces of nuts.
