Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky

Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky

Currently Out of Stock

The first single malt whisky ever distilled in the Cotswolds, newly available. Early samples of the spirit have already been rated 94/100 in Jim Murray’s 2016 and 2017 Whisky Bibles.

Lovingly crafted in small batches using traditional production processes and equipment to create a single malt with fruity notes. Fermentation occurs for more than 90 hours to generate plenty of fruity flavour compounds alongside the alcohol produced. Matured in casks for just over three years, this English whisky is bottled non-chill filtered, with no added colouring.

Pour yourself this fine quality single malt whisky from the Cotswolds, however you enjoy it best – sip it neat, pour over ice or use in a cocktail.
