This sweet vinegar combines the famous Nemea red wine, which has been transformed into vinegar through the natural oxidization method,and grape syrup from the famous Agiorgitiko grape. Flavoured with natural bergamot peels, it has notes of sun dried citrus fruit and spices. Use as a marinade, on a fresh green salad or fish, add to red pasta sauces, or combine with Ladolea Olive Oils for a fine vinaigrette.
Preserved in a small, tactile handmade Aryballos - a ceramic vessel based on an ancient design famed in the Corinthian region - each pot comes complete with stopper and pourer.
