Sun-dried Datterini tomatoes are sweet, soft, and plump. After being dried for around six hours, they are placed in a jar and soaked with extra-virgin oil. Take advantage of their succulent flavour and add them to salads or chop up to add into sauces. For a more traditional antipasto add to the top of bruschetta with a drizzle of oil from the jar.
