This brilliant cushion is an imaginative collaboration between artisans in Guatemala and Swedish designers. A Fairtrade product, the fabric is handmade using the traditional Mayan method of weaving, as a result the skill is kept alive and jobs are created for the indigenous population. The use of boldly contrasting horizontal stripes in bright and varied colours is inspired by the traditional costumes worn by the Mayan people.
