A gorgeous hanging plant, Aeschyanthus is native to the humid rainforests of eastern Asia and makes a great choice for decorating a bathroom or kitchen space. Its quirky, layered foliage consists of bright emerald green, ovate shaped leaves. Positioned on long tendrils, its foliage tumbles down from all sides, mesmerising with a dramatic display when used in a hanging pot.
Commonly known as the Lipstick Plant as, if cared for correctly, it will produce bright red flowers which add intense splashes of tropical colour and contrast the waxy green leaves. An invaluable choice if aiming for a stylish, urban jungle aesthetic.

Soil: Use a well-draining potting soil.
Plant Care: Aeschyanthus like room temperatures around 18° to 24°. Prefers high humidity, to increase humidity try grouping plants together, or misting regularly. Water once per week, allowing soil to dry out between watering.
Position: Indirect Sunlight
