We are delighted to have secured limited stock of this rare Calathea.
Extremely popular because of its bold white markings, Calathea White Fusion is a rare tropical species that simply takes our breath away. Its abundant, showy foliage adds some real drama to a sitting room or study. Variegated shades of white, green, and lilac are splattered across the top of the leaves, as if left there by a paintbrush. The marbled top of the leaf is contrasted by the leaf’s rich underside of solid purple-pinkish hues.
Often referred to as the zebra or peacock plant because of these leaves, the C. White Fusion really is a head turner. Delicately positioned in an almost angelic manner, these oval shaped leaves also help to purify the air of toxins. Toxic pollutants are absorbed by their leaves which then help to feed the plant, meaning it is a great plant to place in the bedroom. A real showstopper that is not only rare but wonderfully decorative as well.
