Insights
Founder Nicola Elliott developed NEOM as a result of her own personal experience with stress and burnout. After taking a course in aromatherapy and tinkering with essential oils from her home, she discovered the formulation of these balms and tinctures largely aided in keeping her calm and serene between daily lifestyle tasks.

- Magnesium body butter: apply daily - morning, noon or night. Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon all over your body. Do some mindful breathing, in for 7, out for 11, to really enjoy the calming (and 100% natural) scent.
- Sleep Mist: spritz onto your pyjamas or bed linen as the last step in your nightly routine - just before lights out.
