Insights
Pastificio Di Martino have been producing their authentic PGI Certified Gragnano pasta since 1912. Made using clear local spring water, and delicate Italian durum wheat semolina (non-GMO) from fields in southern Italy that have been dedicated its cultivation for over 2000 years, each of their pastas are bronze die extruded, and slowly dried at low temperatures.
