Frog
A mixed media sculpture, 'Frog' is a humorous reimagining of the work of Alberto Giacometti, whose iconic surrealist sculptures of humans have inspired this piece. A rather charming fellow, 'Frog' would be a conversation-starting addition to any collection or living space.

Maísa Stolz is a South American artist living in Oxfordshire who creates work that celebrate the intricate beauty of the natural world. With degrees in Fashion Design, Sculpture and Art Education, she has honed her skills as a mixed-media artist, drawing inspiration from her lifelong fascination with the shapes and behaviour of animals—a passion sparked by her childhood in the Brazilian Countryside. Her creations often reimagine famous masterpieces with whimsical animal figures, hybrids, mythological characters and imaginary beings, each piece telling its own story. By blending traditional and contemporary materials such as clay, paper, fabric, horns and feathers, Maísa infuses her art with distinct personalities, grace and humour.
