Founder Nicola Elliott developed NEOM as a result of her own personal experience with stress and burnout. After taking a course in aromatherapy and tinkering with essential oils from her home, she discovered the formulation of these balms and tinctures largely aided in keeping her calm and serene between daily lifestyle tasks.

• 1 x Calming Hand Balm: warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin. Cup your hands over your nose and mouth whilst following the breathing technique, in for 7 seconds and out slowly for 11 seconds
• 1 x Travel Candle. Light this candle before bedtime to allow the fragrance to fill the room. Hand poured using natural wax.
• Keep away from children and animals and on a fireproof surface. NEVER leave a burning candle unattended.
