A highly productive variety of quince, originating, as the name suggests, in Serbia. Self fertile, this makes an excellent specimen tree which will produce beautiful large pink to white flowers in spring followed by large attractive fruits in early October, which can be used for all culinary purposes including quince liqueur.

Insights
It is important to store fruit for at least six weeks before use and it can be kept for up to 3 months. Fruit will turn pink once cooked.
