Super versatile and portable, the technology involved in its design means that it is eco-friendly (using less wood for cooking); it retains heat and promotes even heat distribution which locks in and enhances flavours. Fired up and ready to cook in just 25 minutes, it reaches temperatures of 550 degrees, with a pizza cooked in just 90 seconds!
