Insights
Casa Eceiza has been producing their signature biscuits in the mountains of the Basque Country since 1924. Founded by master baker Luis Eceiza, today it is his grandson Javier that oversees the production of these unique biscuits, following his grandfather’s recipes, still with the same all natural ingredients.
