Established by chef Malcom Owen in 2023, Oakes Hot Sauce was born from a desire to find a truly decent hot sauce; one that favours great depth of flavour over gimmicky spice levels. All of Oakes’ sauces are produced locally, in small batches, and without the use of any tinctures, extracts, artificial flavours, colourings, added fat, or refined sugars.
