Insights
Founded in1997 by two university sweethearts, Halen Môn’s entry into the salt industry was equally as sweet (ironically); from evaporating sea water on the Aga to supply their local butcher to today being used by some of world’s best chefs. Having been served at London 2012, political summits, and royal weddings, attracting admirers such as Barack Obama along the way, they have established themselves as some of the very best in the business.
