Botivo infuses citrus orange zest, bitter wormwood and gentian, aromatic rosemary and thyme into a fermented apple cider base for several weeks to extract their subtle flavours and natural complexities; finished with the sweetness of wildflower honey. Prepared and bottled on their farm in Hertfordshire it is a worthy rival to a French apéritif or an Italian amaro. Serve with soda and sip over ice with a juicy wedge of orange.
