- Shake to activate the mother
- Before food: first thing in the morning (on empty stomach, dilute well): traditional daily dose: 25ml diluted in a smoothie or with warm water and honey
- Add to salad dressing
- Add to meals in place of salt
- Incorporate in steam facials, as a hair treatment or add a spoonful to your bath
- Being live and unpasteurised, if pregnant please seek advice from your doctor before taking
