  • Willy’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with ‘Live Mother’ and Turmeric and Honey contains live probiotic bacteria; acetobacter and lactobacillus and with a pH of 5.
  • Shake to activate the mother.
  • Before food- first thing in the morning (on empty stomach, dilute well):Normal daily dose: 25ml diluted in a smoothie or with warm water.
  • Add to salad dressing
