notes

This crocosmia is a cheerful variety producing masses of vivid freesia-like blooms, held in a line on tall, arching stems in late summer and autumn. An excellent choice for sunny, well-drained sites and ideally situated at the back of a border or where it can overhang a lawn or path.

Insights

Named after the head gardener at Westwick Hall, who was an early Crocosmia enthusiast, this lovely late flowering corm will quickly divide and form a large clump of sword-like leaves.
