Established in March 2021 by founders Alice and Wynter, Pimentae seeks to challenge the rather dismissive, shot-centric culture of the UK’s tequila market. Produced with tequila from their eco-friendly partners El Tequileño, one of only eight brands to produce exclusively at their own distillery, these bar quality cocktails offer allure and adventure, celebrating the beauty and complexity of their base spirit.
