Insights
Taking inspiration from the Burgundy winemaking tradition, Renais Gin is first cultivated in France using upcycled grape skins from the family-owned vineyards of Domaine Watson. It is then distilled in England with all-natural botanicals, including grains of paradise, linden flowers, and acacia honey, balancing the minerality of a Chablis wine with fresh citrus and juniper, warming spices, floral notes, and a hint of sweetness.
