Insights
This clump forming, herbaceous perennial makes an interesting and colourful ground cover, works well in a container on the terrace or in naturalistic and wild garden schemes. The genus name means 'eagle' in Latin, referencing the five spurs of the flower, similar in resemblance to an eagle’s talon.
