Features

notes

Rosa Albéric Barbier is a very tall rambling rose, perfect for shrouding a pergola or large structure or for growing through a tree for added interest. The pretty yellow buds open to fully double creamy white flowers, which hang in small clusters. Flowering in early summer, it has some ability to flower again later in the season. Please note, our roses are available to purchase all year round, so depending on the time of year your rose may either arrive in bloom or have been pruned or deadheaded appropriately for the season.

Insights

The stems of this rose are thin and flexible and easy to train, but please be aware this rambler can reach up to 25 feet tall so positioning needs to be considered with care. Bred by Barbier nursery in France in 1860 it is a recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence.
