Since their Granny Norah planted those the first few cloves in her garden over 60 years ago, The Garlic Farm have growing garlic on the Isle of Wight. This family business has spent years experimenting with garlic and its flavour potential; creating a range of ingenious garlic products that include, but are not limited to, chutneys, black garlic beer, and even garlic ice cream.
