Insights
Located Languedoc in southern France and only a stone's throw from the Mediterranean lies Villa Noria and their organic and biodynamic vineyards. Their Amfòra orange wine owes its colour due to the grapes being macerated with the skins and seeds; imparting the coppery hue. Produced without the addition of sulphites or yeasts, this wine is matured in terracotta amphora, whose natural porosity provides oxygenation, thereby reducing the acidity and refining the tannins.
