notes

Chamomile is a low growing perennial with a creeping habit, so it is ideal for the relaxed gardener's chamomile lawn. The dense, leafy foliage flourishes all year round, providing an excellent foil for other varieties.

Insights

The name ‘Chamaemelum’ in fact actually derives from the Greek word ‘Khamaimelon’ which means ‘Earth Apple’, the perfect name for the delicious apple scented foliage. Use the foliage to make delicious chamomile tea.
