Features

notes

The Curry Plant is a perennial herb that forms an attractive small bush with aromatic silver leaves and in summer produces compact clusters of tiny, bright yellow flowers in flat heads. Also, its distinctive scent works great as a cat and insect repellent!

Insights

Although scented strongly of curry spices, especially after rain, its leaves produce only a mild flavour when chopped finely and added to rice or salad for a mild zesty taste.
