Meet Manoj
An RHS show judge, RHS ambassador, and celebrated Chelsea Flower Show medallist, Manoj is probably best known for his appearances on television shows such as the BBC garden show ‘Your Garden Made Perfect’ and Channel 4’s ‘Garden of the Year’, where his easy manner and characteristic enthusiasm have proved a truly winning combination.
As a former creative director, with a master’s degree in fashion design from the Royal College of Art, Manoj cites both his Indian ancestry and the 18 years he spent working in the fashion industry as the two greatest influences on his vibrant design style. Highly adept at weaving both texture and colour into his planting schemes, Manoj remarks that “designing a planting scheme is like creating a beautiful silk print”, joking that he has "gone from haute couture to 'hort' couture".
