With only the largest anchovies selected, they are matured in chestnut barrels for a minimum of 8 months. From sauces, to salads, to toppings, the diversity of their fresh taste and enticing aroma offers countless possibilities. 

From the ancient village of Cetara on the Amalfi Coast, Armatore puts sustainability first, proudly employing one of the most regulated fishing techniques in the world. The short production chain allows for traceability of their catches.
