This exceptionally perfumed Classic Scented Candle in Mary is from historic French candlemaker, Cire Trudon, creator of luxurious perfumed candles in France since 1643. Poured by hand into a green handcrafted Tuscany glass in the shape of a champagne bucket. Inspired by the work of Mary Shelley, the glass is an opaque black, with a rich, layered scent, designed to reflect a 'rich interior life'.

Insights
Rather delightfully, Cire Trudon's motto, ‘Deo Regique Laborant’ on the emblem means ‘the bees work for God and the King’. Trudon is located in the Perche Regional Nature Park and is financially committed to helping conserve the region’s biodiversity and dark bee population.

- The first use of your candle should occur within the two first months after its reception. To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than 2 hours at a time during the first third of the candle and 1 hour at a time during the remaining. Should any black smoke appear, trim the tip of the wick.
- Do not leave candles burning unattended. Keep away from children, curtains and pets.

Cardamom, juniper, pepper, gaiac wood , cedarwood, papyrus, patchouli, labdanum and moss. A spicy scent, with fragrances reminiscent of Mary Shelley's time.
