Sarah Andrews has led an eventful life- she started her career as a scientist, packing it in to sail around the world before becoming shipwrecked in Mexico, then re-enrolled at university in Australia as a mature student to study design. She has written the bestselling book ‘The Principles of Style’, hosts a popular Airbnb in Tasmania, called ‘Captains Rest’, and runs online courses in styling and marketing stylish holiday accommodation.
