Viburnum tinus Gwenllian is a bushy, medium-sized evergreen shrub with broad, oval, leathery dark green leaves. From late autumn into spring it sports flattened clusters of starry, pinkish-white flowers, opening from carmine-pink buds. These are followed by small, metallic-blue berries.

Grown for its decorative foliage that provides an excellent evergreen backdrop for ornamental and feature plants, it is also a recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence in the garden.
