When we are open
COVID-19 UPDATE: We can confirm the full store and our cafés are open to the public again, with sensible, safe distancing measures in place (for further details, please see our Update).
Our usual opening hours apply.
General Hours
Burford is open 7 days a week, all year round except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday.
Our doors are open Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm.
Main Café opening hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 5pm on Sundays.
Planters Café opening hours 11am-4.30pm 7 days a week.
Wheelchairs: These are available from our Customer Service Desk should you need assistance to explore the store. No booking is required.
Dogs: Sorry but no dogs - except guide and assistance dogs - are permitted in the store.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the store, including the use of electronic cigarettes.
