French icon Trudon was given a royal warrant in 1719, indeed, the one and only candle manufacturer to ever obtain this title. Every candle is handmade: from the positioning of the cotton wick to the application of the company's emblem, and it has been the same since 1643.
Details & Care
- Burn Time: 18 to 20 hours
- The first use of your candle should occur within the two first months after its reception. To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than 2 hours at a time during the first third of the candle and 1 hour at a time during the remaining. Should any black smoke appear, trim the tip of the wick.
- Do not leave candles burning unattended. Keep away from children, curtains and pets.
Scent
Inspired by the Figuerie of the royal kitchen garden in Versailles, this collection captures the scent of a fig tree at the first light of spring. The fragrance offers up notes of humus ether, cedar leaves, fig leaves, along with those of copaiba, hyacinth, sandalwood, and tonka bean.
