Insights
Chamomile, Peppermint and Fennel all have excellent tea making properties and are variously used to aid sleep, soothe tummies and support the female reproductive system. They are simple to grow and their leaves can be easily dried for a year round supply.

- Growbar is 100% eco-friendly. Coir is made with coconut fibres and is a sustainable alternative to peat. The recyclable film warp is made from sugar cane.
