The deciduous, low growing shrub, Deutzia gracilis Nikko, bears narrow green leaves that often turn red/purple before falling in autumn. In late spring the shrub is covered in racemes of pretty, small white flowers, providing a wonderful visual effect.

Nikko’s compact growth allows it to be a useful addition to a small garden. It is a recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence.
