Founded in 1948 in Italy’s coffee capital of Naples, Passalacqua began at a time when the country was rebuilding after hardship and poverty. To support his family, Samuele Passalacqua seized the chance to purchase an old machine capable of roasting just 5 kg of coffee every twenty minutes, and from that humble start, a legacy was born. Today, the fourth generation of the family carries on the tradition of Neapolitan roasting, sourcing beans from 14 regions around the world in their ongoing pursuit of the finest coffee.
