Perovskia Blue Spire is a useful perennial for late summer colour. Insights
Named after the Russian count who first introduced it to Western gardens, this aromatic sub-shrub comes from Afghanistan and the Himalayas. Russian Sage loves the sun and regrows each year from a woody base.
